Commercial Agreement for Digital Lead Generation & Partner Services1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (https://alphaservices24.com) or submitting an application through our partner portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the performance marketing, digital advertising, lead routing, and business partnership operations of Alpha Services 24 LLC.
2. Description of Services
Alpha Services 24 LLC operates proprietary multichannel advertising funnels (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Local Services, and social media networks) to generate qualified commercial and residential consumer leads for registered contractors, technical trades, and enterprises.
3. Partner Application & Qualifications
Contractors submitting documentation (Visura Camerale, Identification, Insurance Certificates, Partita IVA) warrant that all submitted credentials are valid, current, and legally authorized. Alpha Services 24 LLC reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
4. Lead Routing & Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, leads delivered to partners are exclusive for the requested trade and geographical territory. All advertising creatives, software integrations, brand collateral, and funnel assets remain the sole intellectual property of Alpha Services 24 LLC.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Services 24 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or client transactions resulting from generated inquiries.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
